Welcome to Scottweb51 Blog. My name is Scott Willse and I live in Costa Mesa CA. I am not a programming expert but I want to help people who are trying to study programming like I am.
I shall be concentrating on listing programming reseources, and places where people can learn programming online. I shall also be posting on my other main interests, which are computer tech support and hi-tech equipment.
I graduated from Costa Mesa High School in 1969. Then I went to Orange Costa College, where I was a computer science major and learned how to program on huge main frames. I have a passion for high-tech equipment and programming, having originally trained as a programmer, and I love computers, the intenet, and software programs.
I have been on the internet since 2000. I have a strong interest in helping people, especially with technical stuff. So I am learning about maintining and servicing computers – something I have donw with my own machines ever since I came on the net. I am also returning to programming and expanding my knowledge and skills in the new programming languages that developed for the net since I did my training.
I hope to be able to share what I learn with others as I go along, because even though the new programming languages didn’t exist when I was learning, I find I have a feel for picking them up and understanding how they work.
